Senior Sales Manager
At collectAI we reinvent how companies communicate with their customers during the accounts receivables management. We put the customer in the center of the accounts receivables process and offer digital communication channels and payment solutions in order to improve the invoicing, dunning and debt collection process. Together with high automation and deep learning algorithms we believe, that the customer experience can be improved fundamentally.
We are looking for a highly dynamic Senior Sales Manager who helps us to transform how debt collection is done today.
About the Job
As a Senior Sales Manager at collectAI, you will play a fundamental role in generating new business opportunities and managing the sales pipeline. You will sell an innovative solution in the debt collection industry, relevant to a wide variety of industries. Your customers are for example large retailers (on- and offline), payment service providers, startups or accounting services. You will also identify other market opportunities which we have not yet discovered as well as plan and execute sales activities to find qualified targets. You will be utilizing prospects lists, conferences, cold calls, email communication, and social media etc. to source new leads, qualify prospects and close sales as well as additionally build/maintain a continuous sales pipeline. You will expose unmet customer needs and incorporate customer feedback to drive excellent overall product experience. Moreover, you will effectively and efficiently track all prospects via our CRM system and help maintain the prospect database.
Who we´re looking for
After earning your degree at a top university, you have gained at least 3 years of experience in a sales position of a tech sales/startup or financial services environment. You have a proven track record of over-achieving your sales quota and you are confident with the complete sales process. You are a self-starter with successful sales development experience at multiple executive levels within an organization. You bring excellent verbal and written communications skills and strong listening and presentation abilities. Independence, flexibility and speed are essential for you. Entrepreneurial drive and the ability to attain goals in a fast paced environment complete your profile. Additionally, you are fluent in German and English and any further languages are appreciated.
